The Quiet Life EP is a collaboration between American producers JT Donaldson & Chris Nazuka. A four-tracker with some deep funk sensibilities, this is some punchy, bassline-heavy house; as appropriate on the dancefloor as it is on the headphones. ___________________________________________________ JT DONALDSON is originally of Dallas (currently residing in LA). JT made his name living in Chicago and has released tracks on Fairpark, Balance, Distance, Cyclo Records, Earth and Choice Cuts to name a few. He is completing his LP with fellow producer (and NT alumnus) Tim Shumaker for release this summer on (Seasons/Earthtones). ___________________________________________________ CHRIS NAZUKA is another Chicago boy in the spot. His laid-back sound and accomplished production has landed him on some of the tightest underground labels on the scene. Check his recent work for labels like Bombay and Tweekin', alongside previous work for legendary Red Nail Records and as "Retroflex" for Scotland's SOMA.
